Detection of Human, Mouse, and Rat DGKe by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line, L1.2 mouse proB cell line, L6 rat myoblast cell line, and Nb211 rat lymphoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1ug/mL of Mouse AntiHuman DGKe Monoclonal Antibody followed by HRP conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for DGKe at approximately 64kD (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
